Rep. Marc Anderson
@RepMarcAnderson
Serving the citizens of PA's 92nd Legislative District. Husband. Father. Fighting for liberty, limited government, and the vision of our Founding Fathers.
This is not a threat to democracy; it's the annihilation of it. Some say that democracy dies in darkness, but in our Commonwealth, it is continually smothered in broad daylight by the House Democratic majority. #PALeg #PA92 (3/3)
On this Independence Day, we do not forget the toil, blood, and treasure that have been spilled & remain committed to the preservation of life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. I wish everyone in the 92nd District a safe and happy Fourth of July! #PA92 #IndependenceDay
I enjoyed speaking with @PAcatholic last week and sharing about my journey to public office. They do great work! #PA92
We visited freshman PA Rep. Marc Anderson of York Co. in his Dillsburg office. Marc is new to elected office, having served as an administrator and teacher for some 27 years. His decision to run for the seat held by Sen. Dawn Keefer was not spur of the moment. @RepMarcAnderson
ICYMI: PA State Rep. Scott Barger and I had an opportunity to talk about protecting girls and women in sports over on Facebook Live. #SaveWomensSports
"What are we afraid of? "Have some courage, put it on the floor, go on the record, let people see where you stand." @RepMarcAnderson said what we're all thinking... have some guts and vote to protect girls.
When asked the purpose of the motion to re-refer (a procedural gimmick to crush girls' dreams) the Dem Education Chairman fumbled through his response as to why he further delayed a vote on the Save Women's Sports Act. Girls will have to wait due to an "internal conversation."
I released the following statement with my York County Republican colleagues regarding Senate Bill 9. #SaveWomensSports

Schweyer motions to move the bill to House Health. Republican state reps. are not happy. "What are we afraid of?" asks state Rep. Marc Anderson (R., York). "Never ever did our Founding Fathers use political maneuvers to silence debate."
This morning, I joined my colleagues in signing a discharge petition to get the "Save Women's Sports Act," considered on the House floor. Senate Bill 9 was approved by a vote of 32-18 in the Senate in early May but has been blocked by House Democratic leadership since that time.

Girl athletes shouldn't be forced to sacrifice fairness and safety for a discriminatory agenda. We'll keep standing guard for the rights of every girl in Pennsylvania.🏅 READ IT📰 open.substack.com/pub/pennsylvan…
Our message hasn’t changed because our priorities haven’t. Economic growth, less red tape, energy independence, protecting benefits, real educational opportunity - not just budget lines, lasting commitments. We’re staying focused on what matters to Pennsylvanians.
