15 years ago, I introduced my Lobbying Ban after I saw the "pay-to-play" politics in Washington up close. It was clear then that we weren't doing enough to stop it. It's even clearer today. I am glad @RepJoeNeguse and @RepAOC are now championing this fight in the House.
