I’m cosponsoring a constitutional amendment led by @RepJoeMorelle which would reverse the Supreme Court’s egregious decision to put presidents above the law.

The forced removal and relocation of the Space Shuttle Discovery from the Smithsonian Institution’s Air and Space Museum is inappropriate, wasteful, and wrong. Grateful for the bipartisan support of my colleagues on this amendment.

The President of the United States should be equal in the eyes of the law with every other American. My constitutional amendment would reverse the Supreme Court's disastrous decision to put the President beyond accountability.
