I was fortunate to have my family with me as I was sworn-in to represent the 105th District in the #PaHouse this week! My top priorities are paid sick leave, education, protecting fundamental rights, increasing the minimum wage and expanding access to life-saving medication.

I had the opportunity to volunteer at HANNA's Pantry as part of America 250 PA celebrations. We packed food and juice for their most recent distribution, which helps hundreds of families each month. If you need services or would like to volunteer, visit hannaspantry.org

With July being Parks & Recreation Professionals Appreciation Month, I had a great time celebrating Susquehanna Township Parks and Recreation at Stabler Park! Our district is blessed to have wonderful parks, thanks to our hardworking parks and recreation professionals!

Congratulations to Henry Hitz of Boy Scout Troop 233 in Dauphin for his Eagle Scout project! He, along with family members and his fellow troop members, installed a bin at American Legion Post 1001 for the collection of retired American flags. Great job Henry!

I recently had the opportunity to tour Green Analytics, a laboratory which tests samples for PA's medical marijuana industry. The lab tests for pesticides, heavy metals and more to ensure the safety of the products that consumers use.
