Every dollar of waste, fraud, and abuse in our Medicaid system is one less that could have been spent treating a vulnerable American. Chairman @RepGuthrie issued the following statement after @CMSgov found 2.8 million Americans enrolled in more than one Medicaid or ACA plan.
