Cartel members often exploit tribal communities for their own gain. After forming relationships, traffickers quickly seize on the opportunity and set up distribution networks. President Trump's efforts to end the border crisis help, but there is still a lot of work to be done.
As warfare continues to evolve, the federal government needs to prioritize neutralizing drone threats. States like Louisiana have made this a priority and passed legislation to authorize interdictions. We need to follow their lead and accelerate our efforts.
