Bail is set at $10 million for the 46YO suspect in Saturday's triple homicide. The judge found probable cause for two counts of Murder 2nd Degree - Domestic Violence and one count of Murder 2nd Degree. His next court appearance is July 23rd, where he will face formal charges.
UPDATE 7:29 pm-2/3 subjects detained were taken into custody & booked into jail on assault charges. 3rd person has been released. Thank u to witnesses who provided great suspect descriptions allowing us to detain suspects quickly. No further info on the male victim @ this time.
RPD responded to a shooting near the transit center in the 200 block of Burnett Ave S. One victim treated @ scene for a GSW & transported to hospital. Investigation is ongoing-please expect heavy police presence in the area. Will update when we have more info. Case #5998.
