My #Peterloo2019 design is a handkerchief. Inspired by the original #Peterloo #handkerchief @PHMMcr & featuring a jug with Henry Hunt’s profile. Commemorative objects were created to share the message of the massacre. This piece considers lessons pertinent to today @mcrhistfest.

The Herds came to Manchester during MIF25 to raise awareness of the climate crisis. This project has involved hundreds of people between the Congo Basin and the Arctic Circle. I’m giving away 15 prints with collage features in Manchester when the rain stops…

On the birthday of Emmeline Pankhurst I think of her as a teen. Age 14 she heard and was inspired by the great Lydia Becker when she spoke in Manchester about equality. Their methods differed yet many of us continue to strive for equality.

She adorns our wall ✊🏻
