The Minister for Environment, Forest & Climate Change of the Government of India, @byadavbjp, is in Zimbabwe for the #WetlandsCOP15. While at the venue of the #RamsarCOP15, he met with the Secretary General for a bilateral discussion focused on wetland conservation in India.
