The tally people in Dublin Central who previously believed that Gerard Hutch would take a seat now believe the final seat here will go to Labours Marie Sherlock. Of the 930 surplus votes after Gary Gannon got elected 716 went to Marie Sherlock, 18 to Gerard Hutch

Count 7. Nearly three fifths of Malachy Steenson’s votes transfer to Gerry Hutch, leaving a gap of 2005 between him and the chasing pack.
