It’s been a great first two days of speed training, technique development, and competition at the Knights youth camp! #swordsup.

What a GREAT week…4th Annual River Ridge Lacrosse Skills & Drills Camp is in the books. The future is bright @ The Ridge. These kids were wonderful to work with! Lots of energy, loved to work, & wanted to get better. Excited about 🥍 & The Ridge‼️💯⚔️💙💛 #FAMILY

Busy week last week for @RRHS_glax as we graduated 7 wonderful young ladies in the Class of 2025‼️ Then we held our annual 8th Grade Signing Day & added 19 young ladies from the Class of 2029…largest class ever‼️ Some not pictured due to Flag 🏈 etc. Future🤩⚔️🥍 #FAMILY

CONGRATULATIONS to our very own Emma Morris for being named to the GHSA D2 All-State team as a Midfielder. Recorded 81 goals as a Soph. which is currently the 3rd highest single season total in program history. She’s only going to get better🤩⚔️💙💛💯 #FAMILY #HokaHey
