@RECOMBseq
RECOMB Satellite Conference on Biological Sequence Analysis
We have a new web site! Please visit and bookmark recomb-seq.github.io
On the second short-talks session today we heard about exploration of sequencing datasets, isoform quantification, complex chromosomal rearrangements, and benchmarking read mapping

We finally concluded the meeting. Thanks to all attendees for their scientific contributions and for traveling (near or far) to the meeting! Thanks to the local organizers for the infrastructure and catering, and thanks to the co-organizers @OrensteinYaron @CamilleMrcht!

In the last session, we heard about pangenome graph reconstruction, isONclust3, and multi-conext seeds

On the first short-talks session today we heard about de-duplication in genomic language models, copy-number-variation calling, transcript abundance querying, and k-mer set compression

Living the student life! We enjoyed a Korean-style lunch at the student cafeteria

We had a great morning session, including a keynote on single cells and long reads @AliciaOshlack, and talks on spatial transcriptomics @rohitsingh8080, DNA storage, and TAD inferences

Good morning! Looking forward to the second day of the meeting here at Yonsei University

Thanks to all poster presenter and attendees for the lively poster session yesterday!

Great talks in the last session of the day. Thanks to all presenters!

Enjoyed great coffee and cookies before the last session of the day!

Great talks in the last short talks session of the day. Thanks to all presenters!
