Had a constructive meeting w/Mark Roskam Abbing, DG at @minlvvn of 🇳🇱. Shared Armenia’s🇦🇲 vision & priorities for #COP17 in Yerevan. Touched upon 1st 🌎 review of Kunming-Montreal Framework. Discussed prospects of coop btw #Armenia & #TheNetherlands ahead of COP17 & beyond.

Pleased to meet @IntlCrimCourt President Tomoko Akane, Registrar @oszagi & Deputy Prosecutor Mame Mandiaye Niang. Reiterated #Armenia's commitment to advance int’l legal mechanisms & strengthen legal frameworks through dialogue. Stressed #ICC’s role in promoting peace & security.

July 16 📍The Hague Pleased to meet @OPCW DG Fernando Arias. Discussed strengthening #Armenia-#OPCW coop & reaffirmed our commitment to implementation of Chemical Weapons Convention. Exchanged views on challenges posed by rapidly evolving technologies, particularly AI.

Pleased to receive @WFPArmenia Director Nanna Skau as she concludes her mission. 🤝 Commended productive cooperation between #Armenia & @WFP. 🎖️ Honored to award her @MFAofArmenia Medal of Honor in appreciation of her dedicated work.

Had a productive exchange w/@courtenayrat, Chef de cabinet to @UN SG. 🇺🇳 Exchanged views on #UN80 initiative, touched upon Armenia’s “Crossroads of Peace” & preparations for #COP17 to be held in Yerevan. Reaffirmed #Armenia’s 🇦🇲 commitment to regional peace agenda.

In my address at #ICC Special Session, highlighted need for robust early warning, early action & #R2P mechanisms, & need to address jurisdictional gaps in Kampala Amendments to ensure ICC can uphold peace. Reaffirmed #Armenia’s commitment to stronger international justice system.

July 6 | 📍 New York Had a pleasure to meet @PASPKaukoranta, ASP President of #RomeStatute of @IntlCrimCourt . Discussed issues related to Special session on reviewing amendments to crime of aggression & emphasized pivotal role of #IntlLaw in ensuring peace & security.

At #FFD4, addressed discussion on upholding multilateral trading system. 🌐 Highighted that sustainable & long-term economic dev’t needs inclusive, equitable & affordable connectivity with focus on reliable transport routes, & touched upon #Armenia’s 🇦🇲Crossroads of Peace.

Pleased to address Ministerial Meeting of LLDCs on financing new decade of dev’t at #FFD4. Emphasized that access to global markets & inclusive connectivity are key, & #Armenia’s Crossroads of Peace shows our commitment to reg’l peace via open borders & resilient infrastructure.

Pleased to contribute to discussion on revitalizing intl dev’t coop at #FFD4. #Armenia 🇦🇲supports #CompromisoDeSevilla. As a landlocked middle-income country, we advocate for transformative dev’t coop, tailored support for MICs, & enhanced biodiversity finance, ahead of #COP17.

In my capacity as Vice President of the 4th International Conference on Financing for Development/ #FFD4 in Sevilla, I had the honour of presiding over the 4th plenary session.

July 1 | #FFD4 Honored to address the side event, co-organized by #Armenia 🇦🇲, #Colombia 🇨🇴& #Nepal 🇳🇵on Biodiversity Finance. Stressed that as #COP17 host, #Armenia sees urgency to address biodiversity-related loss & damage, especially its non-economic dimensions.

June 30 | 📍Sevilla Honored to be elected Vice President of the 4th International Conference on Financing for Development #FFD4 by acclamation. A key moment to advance reforms in global finance & mobilize investments for the SDGs. 🇺🇳

Delivered statement at 50th Meeting of @BSECorg Council of MFA’s. Highlighted our agenda to promote regional cooperation, & reiterated #Armenia’s 🇦🇲 readiness to unblock all regional communications, based on respect for sovereignty, national jurisdiction, equality & reciprocity.

80 years ago #OnThisDay, the #UN🇺🇳Charter was signed — a pledge to uphold peace & international law & to foster cooperation among nations. 📌#Armenia🇦🇲 remains firmly committed to advancing the purposes & principles enshrined in the #UNCharter.
