My love for Vox Machina 🧵: This thread made me cry because yes, despite only watching the show, these characters had struck a chord with me like no other grp has. I've seen this kind of story ( kinda) before and these types of characters but in a way its sorta comforting (1/?)
the charm of vox machina is they were all very simple tropey characters because they were originally oneshot characters made primarily by people who never played dnd before and then over the course of many years grew into intensely fleshed out flawed but realistic people
