We're a Charitable For Profit business startup out of Colorado that is reducing 3D printer waste, while generating money to give to Mental Health organizations.
Question: For anyone that ships thin PLA prints in the hot summer months. Do you have warping issues from the items being left in the hot shipping trucks? If so, what do you do to mitigate that so you don't have to reprint and reship your item to the customer?
Been busy printing this customer's Custom Heavy Mando now that the @Sovol3d SV08 is working correctly. I haven't tried PETG with it yet, but it's been pumping out amazing PLA parts no problem!
Due to popular demand (and mainly agreeing with @Adam_V3D's suggestion) The To-Be-Named Poster-sized @hueforge printer is now S H O R T.
Its taking shape! Its awesome to see just how large my custom poster-sized @hueforge 3D printer will be! It won't be built for speed, but it'll definitely be faster than the CR-10's I'm salvaging parts from 😂
I only had time this weekend to mock up the frame pieces I have in. Don't mind the messy table, but you can see the very beginning of this printer build size, thanks to a smexy @JazzaStudios poster as reference 😜
Just got the extrusion, v-rollers, belts, and a few other bits for my 600x900 (poster sized) Hueforge Printer build. Time to disassemble my old CR-10's to harvest the motors and other electronics. @Polymaker_3D Any interest in sponsoring this first-of-its-kind printer build?
Does anyone have experience building a custom printer that uses multiple print beds linked together? I have questions...

What happens when your $2800, 8 year old mobile 3D modeling/gaming computer has developed a danger pillow? Fix it for $45 with a replacement battery! Considering this computer is super powerful and can fold into a tablet for modeling with @nomadsculpt, I'm really glad I fixed it!

After the fever pitch of excitement that was #rmrrf 2025, I just wanted to send a personal thank you to @SamPrentice who mentioned that he thought about me since last year. That truly made my weekend 💜 We didn't get a chance to sit down over food, but if you're back in CO, HMU!
After over a decade of 3D printing, someone FINALLY got his first AMS/MMU system. And of COURSE my very first print had to be a PETG print with PLA supports because I couldn't make it easy 😂 Now to add an MMU to my SV08 and Neptune 4 Max....
Did a different kind of printing-related project today. Girlfriend needed a desk, so I upcycled a tabletop and a Futon frame (both destined for the dumpster), with some custom 3D printed parts and drilling jigs. I'm currently printing some test-TPU prints to replace the Veneer.
I posted my first post on a notable blue app, and within literally 10 minutes, I got 3 interactions on my post. Needless to say I'm impressed, and will be focusing my intention on posting content there, because it actually gets seen. Find me at PrintedDifferently!

Ooof. I have held out on abandoning Twitter because it's hard to give up on something you've sunk so much time into, but this might just be the thing to make me give up. This new change to the 'block' function is downright dangerous and absolutely horrifying.
I'M SO EXCITED!! Finally we're getting pretty TPU! I've been quietly working on some wearable designs and the biggest issue I'm running into is the lack of fun TPU colors. Now if @cookiecad wants to discuss different shore hardness options I would gladly change my manufacturers
Today we are soft launching our TPU (among other goodies, check our discord for the secret sale) This wonderfully useful material has been neglected for too long; with a lack of gradients, sparkles, and published designs. We're on a mission to change that. Who's ready to flex?
