We performed the first POPE (peroral plication of the esophagus) in Dallas for end-stage achalasia - 5 sutures, 28 purchases, significant remodeling and clinical benefit! another minimally invasive tool for achalasia treatment. @methodistdallas @TexasGastros @ScopingSundays

This was new. Large 6cm duodenal bulb polyp - s/p ESD, closed with suturing. Decided to place 20mm LAMS to maintain lumenal patency after closure. Has anyone else used LAMS for this? @TexasGastros @ASGEendoscopy @methodistdallas
