The Beautiful Game.
Didn’t clock Samuele Ricci went to Milan. Hope his development goes well. Had him earmarked for a while, but he never truly took the next step. Ricci is a true passer. Everything he does revolves around the pass.
Admittedly haven’t watched as many classic movies as I’d like to. Just watched Gladiator (2000). Excellent. Movie recommendations?
ELITE: Rodri, Rice WORLD CLASS: Caicedo, Bruno G, Zubimendi, Szoboszlai GOOD: Tielemans, Reijnders, Tonali, Onana, Gravenberch

Isak to Liverpool. Simons to Chelsea. Eze to Arsenal. Hato to Chelsea. Sesko to Newcastle.
Respect Arsenal’s swiftness of business to get players in before preseason, but waiting on Gyokeres could have got you Isak.
A really funny timeline is Gyokeres announcement, NNT disapproval, and then Arsenal finally win something this year.
It’s a damning revelation on society that Saka isn’t the poster boy of the sport. He’s talented, humble, did it the right way, and importantly a man of Christ. Instead, the likes of Yamal, Mbappé, Foden, etc. are glorified.
Bukayo Saka wearing a wristband in Arsenal training that reads "What God cannot do does not exist" 🙏
Ultimately Poirier goes out poetically. Entertaining, courageous, full of heart, but just short. But in life, the journey is most important.
Poirier for me will go down as the greatest UFC fighter to never win the belt. Entertaining, balanced, and there’s no one willing to suffer more than him. A true MMA artist.
It’s special we get to live in the era of Oleksandr Usyk, Tom Brady, LeBron James, Lionel Messi, Cristiano Ronaldo, Novak Djokovic, Jon Jones, and Mikel Arteta.
🚨 Liverpool make approach to sign Alexander Isak from Newcastle United. #LFC say no formal bid + well aware #NUFC stance has always been: not for sale. But communicated interest in deal for 25yo Sweden international worth in region of £120m @TheAthleticFC nytimes.com/athletic/64950…
Berta. Love how he gets deals over the line. Not convinced on the talent ID.
I think Arsenal are signing a lot of A- players for their positions of need. Gyokeres, Eze, etc. You’d hope they sign A+ quality players but the reality is there is lots of B quality in their squad.
Chelsea are stockpiling attacking talent and importantly fulfilling varying profiles. Box CF: Delap Transition CF: Jackson Wide Forward: Pedro Wide Transition Threat: Neto 1v1 Winger: Gittens Magician Winger: Estevao Creator: Palmer They’re missing one profile.
