Public education is the gateway to opportunity for all. It opens the door for every child– regardless of their background– to learn, grow, and succeed. That’s why we’re in court challenging the Trump administration’s illegal cuts to our education system.
Lucia Guzman is a very-well respected leader who fights for what is right and shows up in communities to listen, learn, and deliver results. It’s an honor to have her on our team.

Colorado Law is clear: it is illegal for local law enforcement to carry out federal civil immigration enforcement. And in Colorado, we do not allow the federal government to commandeer local resources for their own agenda. coloradosun.com/2025/07/22/car…
Spotted in Aspen, we must admit that's a pretty good bumper sticker!

More than 4 out of 5 of our donors are from right here in Colorado. We call that Philmentum. Donate here: secure.actblue.com/donate/weiserw… #copolitics
The headline says a lot. But there is more—50% of Bennet’s donors are from out of state; over 80% of our donors are from Colorado.
Spot the difference: Colorado donors power 💪 Phil’s campaign for governor, and we’re so honored to have their support. #copolitics

It's always great spending time in the San Luis Valley and catching up with Chris Lopez on the Valley Pod. Last week, I joined him to discuss water, Americorps, our lawsuits against the Trump Administration, and our work addressing the opioid crisis. alamosacitizen.com/podcast/episod…
AJR's @AdamAJRbrothers and I recently got together for a fireside chat. Here's what I learned, and how we are applying it in our campaign. philforcolorado.com/dont-throw-out…
The first campaign I worked on in Colorado was to elect Beth McCann as the Denver District Attorney. Since then, we have worked together to protect victims, to address gun violence, and fight for justice. It’s an honor to have her on my team.

I'm excited to see that we have raised substantially more for our campaign and have more individual donors than Sen. Bennet or any candidate in this race. It shows that we have the momentum, energy, and resources to give Colorado voters the competitive race they deserve.

I continue to defend Colorado and stand up against the lawless actions of the Trump Administration. I joined Simon Rosenberg's Hopium Chronicles to discuss that work and why fighting to defend our principles is the only option in this moment. hopiumchronicles.com/p/trump-is-wea…
Senator Bennet voted to confirm Brooke Rollins to Trump's cabinet. thehill.com/policy/healthc….
Brooke Rollins on farm laborers: "There will be no amnesty. The mass deportations continue, but in a strategic way. And we move the workforce toward automation and 100% American participation, which with 34 million able-bodied on Medicaid we should be able to do fairly quickly."
