Post run sausage butty, canal is pretty well drained. Footpath is closed so had to take a diversion. Marathon training going well but it's still a slow after the injury. Please donate and help @PfLChester make a difference locally.

Finally back at it. Been a tough 2.5 weeks no running due to an injury. 3 months until the Chester Marathon and proudly running for @PfLChester. Will start banging the drum very loudly soon to raise as much as possible this year. #Triple2025
