I always prefer to do a radio style call. You never know how or where someone may be tuning in from so incase the video isn't great I want them to get the full picture. Plus it helps flex the vocabulary skills!

Check in on your people so they know they're never alone. You never ever know what they're going through, no matter how they seem on the outside.
