Yesterday near #Anefis Mali, a #FAMa patrol encountered a booby trapped motorcycle, likely prepared by the #FLA's Alla Ag Albashir unit. There are casualties. Booby trapping wrecks and vehicles is not a new thing, #Wagner had the habit of "droning" wrecks before driving by.
Video shows the downed Mi-24 right next to Aliou school, a few hundred meters from Kidal airport. The school is well known for being in the flight path of landing helos. Judging by its shape, this is a write-off. x.com/Permafr9569953…
In my opinion, the Mi-24 that provided CAS/QRF and later crash-landed was probably also manned by FAMa: - It showed limited piloting skills, exposing itself a lot while achieving low fire efficiency. - AK groups did not make a huge deal about the pilots. x.com/Permafr9569953…

On the 25-27/07, former #Wagner members will be holding a celebration in Goryachy Klyuch to commemorate the battle of Tinzawaten, in which approx. 80 members were killed. Celebrations will be held at the Wagner church (44.663107563621004, 39.162930981136036) in the city.
Russian soldiers filmed themselves brutalizing a civilian they accused of working with the #FLA, asking him to say "Glory to Russia" and "I'm a pussy". The man is terrorized and doesn't understand, repeating that he's Malian and saying "Assimi Goïta" to convey the point accross.

#FAMa soldiers can be seen operating an Ural-432007-0111-31 (ID: @WarDiaryOffi) on a training ground somewhere in #Mali. The vehicle is often called the Wagnerwagon for being a telltale sign of Wagner's presence. FAMa might have inherited these armors after the PMC's departure.
FLA fighters published the result of one of yesterday's strikes, claiming it only killed a bird (video). The missile used is consistent with a TB-2 MAM-L (photo 1: on site ; photo 2: MAM-L deployed in ethiopia in november 2024 for comparison)
A #FLA recon team watching yesterday's #FAMa/#AfricaCorps convoy passing by, somewhere south of #Aguelhok. It is unseen in this footage, but the convoy was heavily protected by drones.
Correction: it was #JNIM, not #FLA as seen below. Judging by civilian air traffic today, which was on schedule, it's unlikely the attack managed to cause substantial damage, if any.

About 3 hours ago, a fighter jet (maybe Su-24?) landed in #Gao coming from #Bamako, #Mali. It is not unusual, but still significant, especially during this time of year.
