In our next (hybrid) seminar, @R_CamaraLeret will present his work on “indigenous knowledge networks”. This novel framework allows to study how knowledge about plant services is structured locally, how it varies regionally, and how it may be eroded in the face of global change.⬇️

I think this is the most important applied theory paper I have worked on in my career. We offer a way to rapidly assess the persistence of whole ecological networks with much less effort. This could transform our ability to monitor progress towards our #biodiversity targets.
