I barely saw a functioning traffic light. I drove in Bryanston, Hyde Park & Soweto. And the litter, grass, invisible road markings, broken road signs, pavement slabs falling apart, uncovered man holes. I ran past a now "famous" water leak in Dunkeld. It's been there since 2015.
