After 15 years, I pastor a church with 75 members with an annual budget of $103,000. Pastors, let no one measure the significance of your ministry based on the amount of people and money in your church.

Every pastor should be learning from an older pastor and investing in a younger pastor. So many issues with pastors would be helped if this was embraced.

Meet Pastor Paco from Mexico. He has been a part of our @practicalsheph cohorts for 4 years. But I had never met him in person until this weekend while in Mexico. Great to see him and meet his pastoral trainees. And he brought me coffee “for Mondays” as he put it. 😊
