We LOVE the costume freestyle at RDA National Championships. This year we chose to do a homage to Liverpool. The people of Liverpool show resilience through adversity & they never walk alone just like us in our disability community. The judge loved it & we were delighted to win.

We had a ball at @ParallelGlobal It was an honour to showcase what is possible with horses for those with disabilities even without leaving their wheelchair. Really fun day with lovely people & beautiful setting. Superstar carriage horse Sam was a hero as usual.

So so proud of US! Our first ever @JPFoundation official awards ceremony at @RichmondTheatre We have come so far, just a tiny stables with a huge heart. To have this recognition really means so much and be celebrated with other amazing organisations in our borough.

Yesterday Woody and some of his pals were lucky enough to be invited to @lordscricket It was beyond exciting for Woody, they had a little match against other people with disabilities. We are so lucky to be part of the Super1's with @Middlesex_CCC @TeddJuniors

I can never thank Thomas enough for all he has done for Woody and the whole Down Syndrome community. We have spread a positive message about the extra chromosome far & wide around the world thanks 2 the power of football. Always made time for Woody & so kind with no fanfare.

So proud of Woody yesterday. Woody volunteered at @TurksHeadTW1 10k, he gave out the medals at the end to the well deserving runners. Hats off to the amazing organisers who show how inclusion is done.

So proud that we are a charity friend of this amazing charity and our founder Natalie is an ambassador for them. Go penguins 🐧🐧🐧🐧🐧🐧
We’re proud to welcome @clarebalding & @alicearnold1 as official Ambassadors of Brentford Penguins FC! 🐧⚽️ Their support means the world as we champion inclusion & football for all! ❤️🖤 #BrentfordPenguinsFC #FootballForAll #InclusionMatters #PenguinPower
It's #volunteersweek all week long! So much to celebrate.

Prodny will turn 45 a week today. Our wonderful kind clever vet from @ShotterandByers visited him yesterday. Although his eyesight is failing and he is struggling to keep weight on he is bright and alert enough to keep living his gentle geriatric life for now.

Delighted to make someones dream come true today. Our friends at @RMASandhurst Riding for The Disabled Group have never been able to compete due to having a closed herd. We took our superstar Frenchie to @DressHick and her young rider won his class & qualified for Nationals.

We had the best time at @windsorhorse So proud of our team work and our ponies. Winning was the icing on the cake and a day to remember for our RDA riders.

Horesome day House of Commons. So honoured to be invited by @crowdfunderuk to talk about the magic they made happen for us. I met so many inspirational people delivering incredible projects in their communities. Proof that anything is possible with the right support & passion.

Our amazing volunteer Kate has been nominated for a Riding for the Disabled coaching award. We are so happy for Kate and are crossing our hooves and fingers while we wait for the results. Kate is a winner to us, and we are so lucky to have her on our team.

Massive thanks to @metpoliceuk for welcoming some of our participants for a visit today. Everyone had an amazing time and learned so much about horses working in London.
