As of January 26th, 2025, the Padres had spent the 4th least out of all MLB teams in free agency over the last two offseasons. The teams that spent less than them: Rockies, Marlins, Twins For whatever that’s worth.
You should look up how much they’ve spent since Peter has passed compared to rest of the league. I know at least this offseason they were at the back end with like the Rockies & Marlins..
