STEM Mavericks hit a milestone Friday as 2023 alum Luis Saldana returned to speak to this year’s 40 participants. He reflected on joining as 1 of just 5 campers, gaining key skills, landing a role with PSL’s TMS division, completing the CREW program, & performing in mariachi.



On Day 7 of STEM Mavericks, students began innovation projects tackling real-world problems. Working solo or in teams, they used coding, engineering, and critical thinking to design creative, hands-on solutions. @dodcdao @LCPSnet @NMSU_engineer @gadsdenisd_NM
