Dementia Research Advisory Team member Kevin points out that being a #PPI Contributor means using your lived experience to work alongside researchers as a collaborator but that it is also an opportunity to learn - from the work, the researcher and from each other.
As a young caregiver for her Mom, Claire rarely saw herself reflected in the experiences and services around her. Now as a Dementia Research Advisory Team member and #PPI Contributor, Claire channels her personal experience of dementia to drive research with real world impact.
