35th District Captain Burks and his community team went door to door and placed theft from auto flyers in the lower Logan area. We spoke with community members and let them know the importance of keeping doors and items removed. We also addressed abandoned autos.

We are heartbroken by the sudden passing of one of our own this morning. Our officer, a dedicated veteran assigned to the Airport Unit, died after suffering a medical emergency. With decades of service, he served our city with honor. Please keep his family in your prayers.

We had a great time this morning in the 14th Police District participating in Career Day at the Pennypacker School! It was inspiring to connect with the youth, share insights about our roles, and inspire the next generation of community leaders.

As the Inspector of Community Relations and a proud member of the National Black Association for Law Enforcement Officers, I had the privilege of visiting the Philadelphia Police Academy this past Wednesday to share my insights with the cadets.
