The Office of Homeless Services declared a #CodeRed starting at 7 a.m. tomorrow, Fri., 7/25, until further notice due to forecasts of extreme heat. If you see someone living or sleeping outdoors in the heat, call the Homeless Street Outreach Hotline, (215) 232-1984 for help.
