Is anyone else getting a gazillion calls a day from "Elm Street Capital"? They're calling from NY towns like Grand Gorge, Marion, Hamburg, Mastic, Wallkill, Holland, Olean, Wading River, etc... They are a nuisance.

My least favorite part about this business? Calling my client (a church) on a Monday morning to tell them the PSA they signed last week would not be countersigned as another Buyer came in over the top at the 11th hour. Business is business, but sometimes it sucks.
