I can’t say I understand all of the details here, but the Ethereum Foundation does seem to be proposing the right moves for scalability and privacy to maintain its lead in the institutional world.
I have two folders on my iPhone. One to organize my finance apps like bank app, Venmo, credit cards, 401k etc. the other to organize my crypto apps like my wallets. They both are now essentially converging to just be apps where I hold, trade crypto, and pay with crypto
