Dr. Halima Twabi, an Associate Professor of Biostatistics at UNIMA, is among the 5 winners of the 2025 OWSD–Elsevier Foundation Awards for Early-Career Women Scientists in the Developing World. She won in the Inclusive Health category . She's the only African recipient this year.
