"Post consistently" is bad advice if you’re posting trash. Quality matters. So does strategy. Consistency only works when you're saying something worth hearing. Do you agree or disagree?

I think the algorithm is killing creativity, because tell me why we went from post what you love to post at 7:23PM, with trending audio, 3 hook options, 5 CTAs, and don’t blink twice. At this point this doesn’t feel like joyful content creation anymore, or is it just me?

Social media management is not hard because it's technical. It's hard because you're expected to be a strategist, designer, writer, trend analyst & therapist… all in one. Pay your SMMs well. They wear 6 hats daily. SMMs, which hat drains you most? Mine is the therapy part 😂🥹

Dear founders, brand owners, business owners your product isn’t "too boring for social media." Your storytelling is. Make it relatable. Show process (people like it when you walk them through) Post proof. Highlight people. If tissue paper brands can go viral, so can you.

Please speak up for the Univeristy of Calabar Dental students 8 years in school is already unfair and now you’re telling them to learn a trade because you can’t graduate them. We must continue to invest in education and health rather than destroy such vital area of development.
