I always hesitate posting macro projections, but we're tracking a possible wave 3 of 3 of a larger degree. First target is $47 and terminating at the 1.618 at $77. IF this is correct, pullbacks will be shallow and gaps will be left unfilled. $ASTS
$ASTS: AST SpaceMobile launches $500M convertible. This is a really smart move given the deal will price off of $60.06 closing price. Assume 20% initial conversion premium = $72 Add capped call structure to get to = $120 Raising $575M gross (w/ shoe) for likely 2% dilution
Just my 2c, but think we intermediate top within the next month or so. If you can’t feel the euphoria out there, you’re not paying attention. Can we go higher? Absolutely! Just saying I think this is the after party.
