When Drake's case against UMG was first filed, PMC-owned outlets Billboard, Variety, and Music Business Worldwide reported in a way that could be perceived as biased against Drake. In our opinion, they helped push UMG's narrative that the lawsuit is solely due to a "rap battle…

UMG’s discovery requests confirm that their April 16 “be careful what you wish for” statement was merely them bluffing. Desperate scare tactics to skew public opinion. They have requested information from 9 individuals, 5 of which are their employees. Nothing that would even…
There is no way an account providing legal updates is making folks this deranged. Good on X for taking action to remove the account pictured. Owls, there is only one active OVODocket. Do us a favor and report any accounts you see impersonating. Thank you.

On June 2, Drake's legal team revised their discovery requests to include more individuals and entities. Penske Media Corporation (PMC) was named. PMC owns and has equity in media brands such as Billboard, Rolling Stone, Variety, and Music Business Worldwide. Last week,…

It always struck us as odd that media outlets like Billboard and Music Business Worldwide reported on that amicus brief by those unknown “rap scholars”. If you recall, the amicus brief pushed the same false narrative that Drake’s lawsuit seeks to censor hip-hop.

Kojo has been present at the addresses associated with him, in the US. It’s not a matter of not being able to find him, he is simply dodging the process server. Because the process server has been unable to serve him, alternative methods like certified mail must be used.
Drake’s legal team has been trying to serve Kojo with the subpoena since March 14. They have attempted over a dozen times, at 8 different addresses, across 2 states, using 2 different private investigation firms. Kojo is unable to be located.
