Secretary General Feridun H. Sinirlioğlu met Emil Hurezeanu, Foreign Minister of Romania, today. They agreed on the historic importance of the Helsinki Final Act and on the need to make better use of the OSCE as a platform for multilateral diplomacy and cooperative security.
