Always thought it was a crazy thing to use the same guidelines for managenent of any disease in LMICs and HICs - after all, guidelines reflect practices that cannot be reproduced in constraint settings. This aplies to cancer, IBD, proctólogy, etc. Now, happy happy very happily,…
