The @OmahaPolice along with @NEStatePatrol and @DCSheriffNE will be conducting speed enforcement throughout the metro area this weekend. This is not a good start to the weekend. Slow down for everyone’s safety!

Morning rush hour and this guy with a suspended license thinks he needs to drive 91mph weaving in and out of traffic on the interstate. Completely uncalled for, selfish and dangerous. Slow down so we can all get where we need to go safely.

Dodge expressway eastbound is closed at Skyline for a semi fire. This will be a prolonged closure. Exit at Skyline and get right back on to bypass the closure.

The driving today on our local highways is completely ridiculous. We all have friends and family that drive out here and when you’re going this fast it endangers everyone!

We have our first triple digit speed of the day. This kind of high speed driving is ridiculous, selfish, dangerous and unnecessary! We have to get back to the rules of the road for everyone’s safety! Have a safe and fun holiday weekend!

Another friend of mine was ran into last night. Crashes are happening and lives are being lost and most of this is preventable. Stop being in such a hurry to get where you are going. Leave earlier and give yourself extra time. Move all the way over and slow down.

I’m rarely left speechless, but watching this guy slingshot around a semi-truck during morning rush, and then confirm his triple digit speed of 111, I was at a loss for words. This kind of aggressive reckless driving is a tragedy waiting to happen!
