In some traditions, if you went to a medicine person or shaman complaining of sickness, they didn't prescribe anything right away. They'd ask, "When did you stop dancing? When did you stop singing? When did you stop telling stories?" ..says a lot about what healing used to mean
Frozen juice hits different down here. Coconut lemonade, sun overhead, and not a care in sight. 🥥☀️

Healing red light therapy, zero co-pay. Nature really thought of everything.

That creamy burrata center? That’s where flavor turns into feeling.

Sometimes the hardest weight to bear is inside the heart. God invites you to surrender those inner struggles and receive His calming peace. 💕

Tropical medicine, growing from the ground up. From flower to fruit, papaya is loaded with vitamin C, enzymes for digestion, and antioxidants for glowing skin.

Ceviche so good, I might’ve licked the plate. Twice.

It looks like the sky picked up a paintbrush and got sentimental.

Self care is nourishing your nervous system, getting adequate rest, listening to your body, fuelling yourself with nutritious meals, cultivating strong relationships, enjoying solitude and romanticising life itself.

This Sunday glow isn’t just summer…it’s surrender. It’s what happens when I stop forcing things and start trusting that what God has for me won’t miss me. And I’m learning to rest in that.

Every sunrise is proof that God’s not measuring you by your past. His mercy meets you fresh each morning. You’re never too far, too broken, or too weary for Him to meet you right where you are. ❤️ —Lamentations 3:22–23

About to attempt this whole Pargo Rojo… let’s see how far I get.

Tropical sun? I’ve got a system: sunrise red light to prep my skin, coconut oil to lock in glow and prevent burns. I build up slow, cool off in the ocean, sip coconut water, take shade breaks, wear a hat, and dab on zinc where it counts. Sun-kissed, not sunburned. 🌞🥥🌊
