This issue has been resolved.

We are aware of an issue impacting Notion's API database endpoints for wiki databases. We are working to fix this and will post an update once it is resolved.

We had an issue where users experienced errors when creating a token with the Notion API Oauth token endpoint starting from Sep 27th, 2:11 PM PDT. This issue has been resolved now. Users should no longer be encountering any errors.
