People contribute more to these creators by watching and sharing their videos than they do by way of whatever exceedingly small portion of their tax dollars winds up funding the creator’s SNAP benefits. If you want to hurt them, stop clicking/watching/sharing/talking about them.
“Swiping our EBT card for unlimited snacks and drinks” People making videos like this are a slap in the face to every working struggling American
My favorite thing about viral rage over TikTok videos on X is how every incensed click just puts more money in the pocket of the creators people are so pissed off by/about. This lady is laughing all the way to Walmart.
This is so unreal American mother showing her shopping “family of 6 that receives food stamps” - Goes to Costco, gets everything on her list, it’s free - Heads to Walmart, everything she got, free - Next she goes to Target, again free Family of 6, all taxpayer funded for free

In line at an amusement park today, there was a Quaker family in front of us and an orthodox Jewish family behind us and I still think diversity makes America amazing.
On one hand, I’m like ‘holy crap, we’re out of produce AGAIN.’ On the other hand, I’m like ‘well, at least my kids are eating like 10 servings of 8 different fresh fruits and vegetables every day.’
Don’t spend all week wringing your hands about the birth rate, tossing out ideas to incentivize people to have lots of kids & then spend all weekend raging out over examples of people benefiting from programs that incentivize and make it possible for them to have lots of kids.
Today our Bosnian buddy is experiencing his first American baseball game. He tried a Chicago dog and ate nachos out of a baseball helmet and you’d think he’d died and gone to heaven.

Not gonna lie, having a hard time not mixing up Zohran and Soham. Gotta stop and think about who’s who each time I read one of their names.
