The argument that Israel is "dragging" the US into Middle East conflicts and Biden has "lost control" of Netanyahu is a completely inverted assessment both of the drivers of the current conflict and the actual failures of US policy. TLDR it's Iran: and US failure of deterrence 1/
President Trump signaled on Friday that after the breakdown in negotiations for a Gaza ceasefire and hostage deal, he believes Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu should escalate the war in order to "get rid" of Hamas. My report on @axios axios.com/2025/07/25/tru…

🚨 Italy's Foreign Minister: Recognition of a Palestinian state must come with recognition of the new Palestinian entity of the State of Israel.
"Genocide scholar @bartov_omer tells @piersmorgan the death statistics there are at “a ratio that has not existed in the 21st century." This is demonstrably false unless he is asserting that it is lower than most modern wars in the 21st century. Let's do some math really fast.…
"Some of the destruction in cities in Gaza is greater than the destruction of Hiroshima in nuclear weapons." Genocide scholar @bartov_omer tells @piersmorgan the death statistics there are at “a ratio that has not existed in the 21st century." 📺 youtu.be/KYWiG9jEa9s
Hamas's strategy of exploiting Gazan's suffering is so cruel and apparent that even @haaretzcom is calling it out:

🚨 Trump: “Hamas didn’t want a deal, I think they are going to be 'hunted down'” 🚨 Netanyahu: “We are considering other options to get the hostages back and remove Hamas and end Hamas rule.”
For the first time in 25 years: a meeting between an Israeli and Syrian minister. Strategic Affairs Minister Ron Dermer met last night in Paris with Syria’s foreign minister. This time, it’s Syrian concessions on the table—not Israeli ones. An agreement was reportedly reached…
I used to oppose recognition of a Palestinian state because it would reward terrorism. But I’m starting to change my mind. Recognition won’t alter the facts on the ground or add new pressure on Israel. But it might backfire in at least four ways: 1. The Palestinian Authority is…
“Recognizing a Palestinian state” after the October 7 Massacre would be a reward for that horrific attack. It would incentivize more barbaric atrocities because it proves: burning Jewish families brings rewards. You will foment violence. You have been warned.
June 2025 global Pew Poll results on confidence in Trump. Results differ based on partisan and ideological lines:

October 7th is a pretty good reason to oppose the declaration, actually. I'm sure that over time in exchange for Saudi normalization down the road, along with a demonstrated monopoly over violence in Gaza and the WB, most Israelis would support Palestinian statehood. But now is…
Israel: The Palestinians reject the two-state solution—they want the entire land. France: We recognize a Palestinian state along the 1967 borders, alongside Israel. Palestinian: We agree to that. Israel: Anti-Semitism, October 7th, Hamas, how dare you, etc.
Since the beginning of July, UN agencies have brought into Gaza 9,200 tons of aid - about 96% of it food. However, only a quarter of that - just 2,400 tons - has been actually collected for distribution. In fact, not a single truck picked up aid for almost two weeks, with the…
Open more sites. Do more of this. Get more aid to people.
Today, we facilitated a Women's Only distribution at our SDS2 (Khan Younis) site. Watch these women express their gratitude for our efforts. ⬇️ GHF is committed to constantly improving our methods to ensure the people of Gaza can access lifesaving food safely and…
Even the Saudis and Gulf actors don't seem to necessarily want an immediate declaration or recognition of Palestinian statehood. What Riyadh demanded before was an ambiguous "irreversible pathway" - so why are France and European states so hell-bent on rushing recognition?
🇫🇷 🇺🇸 US Ambassador @GovMikeHuckabee on France, Macron and a “Palestinian State” “France should carve out a piece of the French Riviera, and create a Palestinian state there.”
This is a bad reason to recognize a state. A state is an institution with legal monopoly on the use of force in an area. Recognizing a state in response to a humanitarian crisis in a war started by the most popular faction in the recipient of state recognition is silly.
BREAKING via Bloomberg “UK Prime Minister Keir Starmer is facing pressure from senior members of his government and French President Emmanuel Macron to imminently recognize Palestine as a sovereign state due to the worsening humanitarian crisis in Gaza.”
Ok, so after denying that there were aid trucks at the border waiting for pick up, now the UN is admitting it but making BS excuses.
UN aid agencies say they can’t pick up the aid because the route is in “lawless zones” where aid is looted by Palestinians or the convoys attacked by Palestinian gangs. UN Secretary-General António Guterres stated that the UN will not engage in aid operations under IDF…
Hilarious. Albanese is mad about Macron's statement too, but for completely the wrong reasons - calling for the demilitarization and disarming of Hamas 😂😂😂. H/t @JewsFightBack

It’s funny that most of the people who support France recognizing a new state in the Middle East are the same ones who claim Israel shouldn’t exist because Europeans had no right to draw borders in the Middle East
The Israeli government is taking the risk of mass starvation a heck of a lot more seriously than a lot of internet commentators.
Today too, the @UN and international organizations collected from the crossings and distributed in Gaza about 120 trucks of aid. What happened all of a sudden? When publicly accused, they spring into action? When there is determination, success follows?
Within a few hours of Hamas destroying yet another chance at a ceasefire, Macron rewards the genocidal death cult by recognizing the state of Palestine Hamas is going to dig their heels in further, and more Palestinians are going to die. All easily predictable This is grotesque
