However, that opportunity the team gave me and Evil Mojo's culture in general would play such an impactful role in both my professional and personal life. Every single person on that team gave their all, even knowing we tended to go unsung, and it inspires me to this day.

It involved a lot of stress, crunch, and supporting each other. Design took me under their wing so I could assist in hitting these insane deadlines unaware that it would eventually lead to me joining their team. In hindsight, it's bittersweet as layoffs would occur right after.

The Anniversary Update was a miracle & the team took a huge gamble for me. Pitched only a few months prior by myself and Design as a mini-update (since Omen was deep in development), the team ended up rallying around the idea and turning it into one of Paladins' best updates.
