APRE is a great tool to ensure the proper stimulus is hit during training. Percentage based training doesn’t account for daily fluctuations in readiness, APRE is the best free simple way to auto-regulate training loads and maximize training volume.

13 weeks ago I was told to go make peace with my family, make sure my Will was in order & contact Hospice. Then I could only high bar squat the bar for 3. 8 weeks later I could do 95 lbs for multiple sets of 3. Today I hit 205 for 3 on quarter squats. #Unbreakable
