Denise Nelson, 57, of #Buffalo, was sentenced to a 3-year conditional discharge. Nelson, while employed in the county Social Services' HEAP Office, fraudulent obtained HEAP emergency benefits. She paid full restitution of $4,917 as a condition of the plea. tinyurl.com/5z3jcjex
