A sticking point in the Israel-Hamas ceasefire negotiations in Doha is aid: not the expected surge in it, but the distribution mechanism: the Gaza Humanitarian Foundation or the U.N. Israel and Hamas each have a vested interest in one or the other. Both have issues. 🧵
