I think the Truth and Reconciliation Commission was probably the first Commission of its kind in "democratic" SA. It was absolutely useless. And solved nothing It spawned a number of commissions that are also useless and a waste of taxpayers' monies

The legal battle between Vodacom and Makate marks its 25th year this year. To make matters worse, the @ConCourtSA has delayed delivering its judgment for over 8 months. Clearly, there seems to be no sense of urgency to deliver justice or bring this matter to finality.…
