Cuba & Venezuela’s economic crises aren’t accidental—they’re engineered by their regimes. Corruption, propaganda, and repression keep them afloat. Families face hunger, blackouts, and fear.
4/ This fight isn't just about NABU and SAPO - it's about Ukraine's European future and the rule of law. Ukraine deserves independent anti-corruption institutions. The people have made this clear. No more delays. No more excuses.
3/ Zelensky and his MPs have already shown they can quickly gather votes and instantly sign laws when needed. So our demand to the President and Parliament remains the same: URGENTLY cancel law #12414 The people have spoken. Now it's time for action, not vacation.
2/ But this is NOT victory yet. Zelensky's majority doesn't want to gather and vote on the bill soon. They say it's vacation time, summer break. Even one week of delay could be enough to destroy dozens of NABU/SAPO cases against top corruption officials.
Kremlin propagandists and Western appeasers will cite this incident as proof Ukraine is too corrupt. So far, it proves the opposite: Ukrainians protested freely. Zelensky responded to democratic pressure. Ukraine is a country worth fighting for—and a friend worth supporting.
1/ So President Zelensky submitted DL #13533 that restores NABU & SAPO independence - everything that 263 MPs destroyed on July 22nd. This is the result of incredible Ukrainians who showed the government they won't let their European future be destroyed. 🇺🇦
Putin gambled that Russia’s war economy would outlast Western resolve. He is very close to being wrong. Now is the time for maximum pressure sanctions.

Zelensky didn’t deserve his February dressing-down in the Oval Office. He does deserve one now and I hope @POTUS gives it to him. Does he seriously think US and EU taxpayers aren’t going to notice him gutting anti-corruption safeguards that prevent their funds from being stolen?
