Had a great set of live ABs preparing for my start next Wednesday in Florida. Was 88-89, top:90 with 2600+ spin and 21+ vertical. Also threw a splitter (77-81)and a curve(74-76). All 3 on Video Below. Struck out 5/7 Batters. Thank you hitters, @MikePorzio, @CHRecruitingHub.

Finished up the final game of my junior year. Went 7ip in the Semi Finals allowing 1 ER, 8k’s, 2 walks, 6h, and 67% strikes. I ended the year with 33.1 IP, 46K’s, and a 1.26 ERA (More specific stats are posted below). @adickson9 @MikePorzio @CHRecruitingHub

1st high intent pen today since the fall season ended. I was working on getting behind my fastball and pronating more on my changeup. Felt pretty solid, fastball worked up to 90.4 and sat 88/89 hitting 90 a couple other times. Definitely more to come. @MikePorzio @TheClubhouseCT

1st Bullpen since August! Felt really good, as I reached up to 91.3mph on my fastball, and had a great feel for both off-speed pitches today. Super excited to climb the rest of the offseason, and prepare myself for the Spring!

Felt good during mid week bullpen today. Worked on my fastball command and incorporating off speeds next week. My fastball was 84-86. Getting ready for Perfect Game Main Event in a few weeks. Arm is feeling love with more in the tank. Excited to be down in Florida soon!
